The Iron Brigade is a voluntary association of warbands in Calafia dedicated to the practice of medieval war tactics and chivalry. In addition, the Iron Brigade fights as the Second Brigade of the Royal Army of Caid.

As members and participants within the Society For Creative Anachronism, we are a group of medieval and ancient history enthusiasts who are dedicated to the study of the combat and martial arts of our ancestors. More specifically, we are an SCA war unit whose ideals and inspiration stem from the principles set in history by the warriors of ancient Sparta.
