The Nuptiae Games in honor of Brantonious Caesar

Please join me in honoring Brantonious Caesar's last days as a single man (yes, Brand's bachelor party). We shall honor the end of that life in the traditions of ancient Rome with Gladiatorial Games fitting of Caesar. We will hold these games at a soon to be disclosed location. There will be prizes, including a fine gladiator helm from Caesar's own armouries. I hope you'll join us for a day of fun & death!!!

At this moment, we plan to hold these games on April 14th, 2007. So head over to -

So please signup on the site, dust off your armour, or (if you're not armed yet) let me know if you'll be needing some armour to join in the fun.

This tournament is open to all, unless of course you displease Caesar. In that case you may just find yourself fed to the lions.

Well, as promised Brand has made a custom Gladiator helmet. It has a much large brim (like the real thing), and is 'blued'. There's a bit of brass-work to be done on it still, but here's how it's looking at the moment.
